With over 4 decades of experience in the entertainment industry, singer, guitarist, and percussionist, Arshag Chookoorian, has performed at every important venue and amusement park in Southern California. As a professional musician and entertainer he has appeared with numerous show groups on the Nevada hotel circuit, state and county fairs throughout the western United States, and at several major Southern California amusement parks including Knott’s Berry Farm, Six Flags Magic Mountain, the Universal Studios Tour and twenty years on stage at Disneyland. For the past 6 years, Arshag has become a regular fixture performing at senior living and retirement communities throughout Los Angeles. Knowing that budgets are restrictive, he has developed the ability to work alone with guitar and music tracks. As a result, no matter what the budget, Arshag would be able to supply any facility with music to entertain residents. Retirees, assisted living residents and memory care patients are always excited to hear him sing and play their favorite songs. His song list of over 400 titles includes standards, big band, country, rock & roll and oldies from the 1940s and 1950s.
