Over the last 22 years, Billy and the Hillbillies have performed for hundreds of thousands of audience members at symphony halls in major cities, performing arts centers, state and county fairs, bluegrass and folk music festivals, around the United States. The band specializes in performing the music it has labeled as “Classgrass”, the actual, blissful union of classical and bluegrass music. They have performed across the country as featured guest artists with the Buffalo Philharmonic, and the Houston, Long Beach, Wichita, New Mexico, Fort Worth, Phoenix, Pensacola, Grand Rapids, Jacksonville, and San Antonio Symphony Orchestras, to name a few. “Classgrass” is concertos and hoedowns, instrumental virtuosity and pickin’ and grinnin’, all combined to create a one-of-a-kind concert of music and comedy. Audiences have a down-home, toe-tappin’, good time along with an unforgettable listening experience.
